Jeff Katon Scholarship Foundation - Hilton Head SC Scholarship

Jeff Katon was a beloved son, brother, friend and business associate to many of us in the Hilton
Head community. Jeff always displayed great passion for wine, food, golf and his community.

The outpouring of support after his death has greatly touched Jeff’s family and friends. The Jeff Katon Scholarship Foundation was established as a way to give back to the community Jeff loved.

The Jeff Katon Scholarship Foundation (Tax ID: 14-2010315) is a private tax-exempt foundation established to support students attending accredited post secondary education. This scholarship is available to any student living in Beaufort County, South Carolina, who has a GPA of 3.0/4.0, and is planning to attend a four year accredited college and demonstrates financial need.

The Jeff Katon Scholarship Foundation is solely supported by contributions from people who care about the future of the young people in our community. To raise the funds for the Jeff Katon Scholarship, on September 20, 2008, we will be sponsoring The Second Annual Jeff Katon Golf Tournament at the Shipyard Golf Club & Scholarship Benefit Dinner at Aqua Grille and Lounge.
